We strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return / Exchange Period

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be damaged or altered

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or stitched products
  • Undergarments and accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection

5. Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number and reason for return
  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item, or
  • The wrong product,

We will offer a free exchange or full refund, including delivery charges
